Taesu’s article received the best paper award from the Korean Society for Emotion and Sensibility. The article is entitled, “Hi, KIA! Classifying Emotional States from Wake-up Words Using Machine Learning [Hi, KIA! 기계 학습을 이용한 기동어 기반 감성 분류]” published in April 2021(see the paper). He introduced the dataset and machine learning model that extract emotion from the wake-up word “Hi, KIA”. The article summarizes a spin-off project from the industry-academia project with KIA Design Center. Congratulations!
